This Website Maintenance Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which Keep Site Up (“Provider”) offers its services and products. The website, its content, and all related services are owned and managed by Keep Site Up. By using any of these services, you (“User”) agree to comply with the terms detailed in this Agreement.
Description of Services
Keep Site Up provides a range of website maintenance services, including but not limited to technical support, consultation, and performance monitoring (collectively referred to as the “Service”). As part of the Service, Keep Site Up may send service-related communications, including announcements, updates, and newsletters, which are considered an essential part of your subscription. Service Availability and Disclaimer
Keep Site Up provides its services on an “AS-IS” basis. Users are responsible for ensuring their own internet access and necessary hardware. While Keep Site Up strives for reliable service, occasional interruptions or technical issues may occur, and uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
User Registration Obligations
By using Keep Site Up’s services, the User confirms they are legally permitted to enter into this Agreement under Indonesian law or any other applicable jurisdiction. The User agrees to provide accurate and current registration details (“Registration Data”) and to keep this information updated. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of services.
Fees and Renewal Terms
By subscribing to Keep Site Up’s services, the User agrees to pay the specified monthly or annual fees. Additional fees may apply for extra services or products. Subscription fees are prepaid and non-refundable. Unless the User cancels before the end of the current billing cycle, subscriptions will automatically renew. Cancellation requests must be submitted through Keep Site Up’s official email. Keep Site Up reserves the right to modify fees with at least thirty (30) days’ notice.
Support Services
Users can request technical support through communication channels recognized by Keep Site Up. While efforts will be made to respond within 24-48 business hours, response times may vary based on demand and the nature of the request.
Limitations of Liability
Keep Site Up and its suppliers shall not be liable for any damages, including data loss, profit loss, or business disruption resulting from the use of the service. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain liability limitations, so these terms may not apply to all Users.
Revisions and Updates
The content on Keep Site Up’s website may include errors or outdated information. While efforts are made to maintain accuracy, Keep Site Up does not guarantee the completeness or correctness of its materials and reserves the right to make changes at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

Termination of Service
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain due, and Keep Site Up will provide a final service report.
Intellectual Property Rights
Users affirm they have legal rights to any content provided for website maintenance. Keep Site Up does not claim ownership of User content but is granted a limited license to use it for service fulfillment.
Confidentiality
Keep Site Up will treat all User information as confidential and will not share data with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Keep Site Up against any claims or damages resulting from their use of the service, including copyright or legal violations.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, war, or technical failures.
Non-Competition Clause
Users agree not to enter into similar agreements with direct competitors of Keep Site Up for a specified period following termination, as mutually agreed upon.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from this Agreement will first be addressed through negotiation. If unresolved, mediation or arbitration will be pursued per applicable laws.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the full understanding between both parties and supersedes any previous agreements. Modifications must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
By using Keep Site Up’s services, the User acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
